Last week, the Riverview High School wrestling team competed against Robinson and won with a score of 42-17. Following that meet, RVHS continued its dominance and crushed Wharton 60-9.
Most recently, Riverview went head-to-head with some of the best in the state at the Live Greco Invitational at Steinbrenner High School. The team finished in second place out of 17, losing only to the #4-ranked Palm Harbor, but doing better than two top 10 teams.
The next meet, which also happens to be Senior Night, will be Feb. 8 against East Bay High School at home.
