Wrestling Continues to Succeed

The Riverview High School wrestling team recently participated in the Tigers Duals at Palmetto High School. RVHS placed in second, behind the #4 ranked team in the state- Charlotte High School- losing to them 27-53. The Shark wrestlers defeated the four other teams that were at the match, beating Pinellas Park 63-12, Palmetto 57-18, Osceola Fundamental 67-12, and Kathleen 63-15.

Following the Tiger Duals, RVHS competed against the Lennard High School wrestlers and crushed them 78-0.

According to Coach William Sargable, “We have been getting better each week and we are just preparing for Districts.”
